Creative power Emmerich Schlosser

In the year of 1979, after 15 years of duty, the former Managing Director Emmerich Schlosser decided to go back to Australia accompanied by the former vice president Mag. Heribert Rath. Under his supervision as Managing Director the difficult reconstruction was now in full swing. Many new departments were built and the animal stock increased through regular collection trips. Without Emmerich Schlosser the survival of “Haus des Meeres” would not have been guaranteed. For their invaluable work both these gentlemen received the status of management honorary members before their departure. Mr. Schlosser passed the position on to Erich Brenner who successfully continued to direct the house for another 15 years until the end of 1994.
