1) If you are purchasing a Family annual ticket, please add the name and birthdate of the children and your partner. We request you to add the name in the “remark” section.
Information for the Children annual ticket:
The ticket is valid for children from 3-15 years, from issue date on one year. On the ticket we note the first name as well as the surname und date of birth. For scholars - please show your identity at the ticket counter, when visiting the house.
Children under 14 years must be accompanied by an adult.
Information for the Family annual ticket:
The ticket is valid for parents and their children (until 15 years), from issue date on one year. On the ticket we note the first name as well as the surname und date of birth of the parents and children. There is no photo necessary but we ask you to show a photo indentification when visiting the house.
Information for the Single annual ticket:
The ticket is valid for one person, from issue date on one year. We note the first -, surname and date of birth on the ticket. We don't have photos but ask you to show a photo identification when visiting the house.
