Two thirds of the neighbouring residents gave their approval for the development of our roof, thus we sat down with our architects and artists to further discuss our next plan of action.

In phase 2 all public authorities needed to realise this project will be contacted and a detailed plan will be set up.

Phase 3 – Financing and construction could already take place in Autumn 2010, from today’s point of view, provided that no unexpected problems occur.

It was also pointed out that up until now we have only published our plans to renew the entire tower, thus also including the artistic design of two outside walls. Unfortunately the district only approved the development on the roof. Due to safety aspects, the concrete façade is crumbling in places; we will continue to press on realising this project.
