Foundation of the Haus des Meeres - a limited liability company

On April, 24, 2007, the association agreed to a change of its status to "company with limited liability", in order to meet upcoming challenges. I was offered the position of a business manager and gratefully accepted that honorary assignment.

The association holds 100% of the shares, and changed its bylaws and name according to the new status. The new name pays tribute to the fact that the HdM is now one of six Austrian zoos and reads as:
